this was the piece I needed to make my pass. mirror usable

I had bought the 73 thing side view mirrors from thingparts.com previously and mounted them on the thing shop mirror mount hinges but couldn't see out of the passenger side very well. So I then traded my 73 passenger side mirror for the 74 Acapulco version (with the long protruding arm) and was still having difficulties seeing out of it clearly. So I seen this product and had to have 1 to raise my Acapulco mirror up. The extension made it high enough to see over the glass side curtain bottom area. I was VERY pleased with the quality of the product and the fit was superb! I would recommend this for sure!
